Lolli Native calls Emtee his brother after leaving record label

Lolli Native announces his exit from Emtee Records.

The South African rapper released a statement on Wednesday following his boss’ rant about beef on social media.

Emtee who owns the record label talked about beef and other artists in the industry which sparked a stir on the internet.

Taking to social media, Lolli expressed appreciation to the Pearl Thusi crooner and wished him well.

“It is with respect and gratitude that I confirm my departure from Emtee Records. Following a series of tweets shared last night by the label’s owner, Mthembeni Ndev (Emtee), this decision has been reached, marking the end of my journey with the label.”

“I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Emtee for his significant contributions to my career. During my time at Emtee Records, we accomplished a great deal together, and I fully respect his decision regarding my release. I wish Emtee Records and all the artists under its wing nothing but success in the future.”

“Emtee has always been like a brother to me, and that will not change. I wish him all the best in his personal and professional endeavours moving forward,” Lolli Native wrote.
