Macky 2 presents us another release. This is one for Northern Province artists. Macky 2 identified that each province has its own prominent artists although most arent known country wide. He first teamed up with Western Province artists. The artists which were teamed up as Western Province United were Rich Kid Barotse, Mumble Jumble, Jah Boy, King Kuza, Ozone Africa, Under Gee & Brio. The Nothern Province artists are Muzo Aka Alphonso, Masereti, Jay Brex, Newman & King G2. It features himself Macky 2 also known as FlavaBoy. Thats why his usually called the Godfather of Zambian Music. He ensures that most uprsing talents are recognized. One of the most notable artists on this one is Muzo Aka Alphonso whose currently facing a crisis.
Macky 2 said Muzo Aka Alphonso ‘s situation is so hard for me to speak on because so much has been said already. Out of respect for him and his family I always choose to stay silent nomatter how many times my name is dragged. We know our brother needs help.. what are we doing about it apart from sharing disturbing pictures of him? What are we doing to really help? This is not the first time Muzo is trending like this, so ask yourself why have we collectively as a country failed to help him after all these years? Instead of just typing, pointing fingers and speculating let’s do something rightnow.
